I would be surprised if Ernie Kent is not combing the nation for players who are transferring out of their present school because of the desire for more playing time. Just saw three Ohio State players asking for their release although one of them wants to play closer to his home in Georgia. I have no inside information about anyone, but some of these players were awfully good coming out of HS and are impatient, or perhaps they have been told they aren't in the team's long term plans. Even if that's the case, they could end up thriving at WSU or at least being given the opportunity to play a lot. Railey might have been okay had he transferred in a year earlier. Royce Woolridge had some moments of good play. The jury is still out on Izundu....but these kinds of transfers are probably no bigger risk than the JCs Ernie has been picking up so far. Worth considering.
