Should be enough to slow the flow of drivel here for, what, 10 minutes?

It will be interesting how many we get. Could be just 1 or could be as high as 4..and if things really go our way 5.

I'm pretty sure we will get at least 2 but who knows. All of the players can play.

I don't think I'm letting anything out of the bag, sort of speak… It looks like we are, at least, considered by as many as 4… Wow. With one looking for an offer, WSU just hasn't.

-Camryn Bynum DB (seems to be leaning Cal but WSU is still being discussed)
-Grant Porter WR
-Skyler Thomas S
-Tayari Venable DB

Yeah that's the list. We offered Thomas Graham but since USC offered him it's really slim to none we could get him.

I think we will get Grant Porter, Venable, and Thomas...Bynum would be awesome, and well Graham is a long shot if we got all 5 it would be a major victory. We'd pretty much be done with secondary recruiting for sure for the class if that was the case.

As Meatloaf once sang, "Three out of Five ain't bad." Well, something like that...

Yeah not a bad haul. the other two were longshots considering USC moved in one one and the other really wanted to go to Cal.

I like the early commit but certainly doesn't mean anything at this point. The one good thing is that we can hope that he wants to play with people he knows down the road.
It means that the new coaches are doing a pretty solid job creating relationships with the kids- both Manning and Mele seem to have made in-roads quickly.

Yeah it's far away and things change, but it's nice to see someone have such an interest that he wants to be a coug.
I think this is exactly what it does… It creates a, "What's going on over there?" kinda thing. It would certainly be normal if he backed out but at the same time, I like it. Buzz around our program is a good thing, no matter how loud or quiet.

There are very few of the "big boy" programs that aren't looking at securing verbals from players a year, sometimes 2, out. Yet another example of our program "improving". You don't have the ability to pull this kind of verbal if the player isn't comfortable with the staff and the direction of the program.
