What really happened with the Bleach, Light thing, is that at that point in time, there was unknowns about covid, what semi might semi probably work, etc.
Some of Trump's advisors, and semi science, scientific advisors, said to Trump, public, others that since disinfectant, light worked on covid on surfaces outside the body, that they wondered, thought that semi maybe, semi might, semi probably some way to maybe treat covid in the body somehow with disinfectant, light, safely someway, somehow, etc.
They were being half joking, half serious, half wondering. And Trump was half joking, half serious, half wondering, when he repeated publicly what his advisors said.
Certainly there is nothing wrong with half seriously, half wondering, ASKING whether there was a way to safely implement light, disinfectant treatment.
That's ok in a way. But it's also not ok in a way, because altho it's technically OK in a way, it can EASILY be misinterpreted, misunderstood, come across as, spin doctored as, STICK as NOT SMART, at best, even if wording represented right, and SPIN DOCTORED into that he Trump told people to Drink Bleach at worst.
A smart president would know that saying what Trump said might not sound good, despite being technically ok to say, and might be misunderstood, misrepresented, spinned, etc. After all the libtards have been doing that ever since he won the election in the past.
Because of that a Smart president would take what his advisors said under advisement, DISCREETLY, CAREFULLY check into it, instead of asking about it, and semi maybe semi probably sounding silly, dumb, and WORST, having it spinned into him supposedly telling people to drink bleach.
Part of being a leader, politician, President, etc, is knowing if even a technical ok thing to say, can sound silly, dumb, will be spinned, and stick against you, and thus knowing when to keep your mouth shut, because of that, and when it's ok to speak up.
I, others would not have said that. We would have taken what the advisors said under advisement, then DISCREETLY checked into it, if we wondered, etc.
Trump does unfairly, wrongly get misrepresented, misunderstood, spin doctored, wrongly attacked, etc, A LOT. But he also WALKS right into that, kind of like how people, kids, walk right into jokes, spin, etc.
There is both bad and good Trump Policies, especially on, about the border, the economy, some foreign policies like helping Israel to move capital to Jerusalem etc.
But him Trump, causing Jan 6 riots, constantly picking Cabinet, advisors, that either resign, get fined, jailed, etc, being convicted of a felony, being convicted in a civil suited case of rape, talking about groping pussy, constantly sticking his foot in mouth, even if technically ok to say, etc, totally offsets, etc, any good he does do, has done, etc.
It's too bad, sad in a way, because if he Trump would just behave himself, etc, he could be a good enough candidate to vote for over Biden.
But that won't happen, as he Trump, will continue to misbehave, offset, etc, any of the few good things he sometimes does.
