The cougs have a chance to go up 3-0 against Boise State on the road tonight. Hopefully the game will streamed as i like to watch good coaching and basketball For a team to be considered "good" they have to be able to win on the road.. The cougs have a good chance to start the season at 4-0 with CSUN up next in Pullman.They will need all the victories they can get early as they hit a real meat grinder after that. They will play # 2 Baylor, # 6 South Carolina and # 21 Indiana on three successive nights.I would consider it a moral victory if then can stay within 30 against Baylor,25 against South Carolina and 15 against Indiana.They should be "outmanned" against the power house teams in WCBB.

You are a true supporter of the Women s team The team is building and they have recruited some very good young players to go along with a couple of very good seasoned veterans I hope they improve from game to game and not regress in one game.
Our ladies appreciate your support and wish you well. They do, however, want you to follow the team a bit more diligently as your schedule is off by a week.

Great news The cougs signed one of the top HS players in Canada, They signed 6'3 post Jessica Clarke from BC.. Jessica averaged 21 pts ansd11rbs per game during her junior year she was elected to an Al Canadian all star game,started and had 8 pts and 8 rebounds and 2 blks to help lead her team to victory. Her All Star coach was impressed by her game speed and ability to really run the court well. She is averaging 23 pts per game this season. A great recruit for an improving coug basketball team
No i live 2000 miles away and i have to plan to go to Pullman.It takes time and funds to make the trip The AC will be the only football game i will see in person this year. Call it fortuitous or good planning which led to this. The only team i really want to see play this year is the WBB team.
