What happened?

I suspected you might lose at UTEP, but surprised to see you lost big at TCU. Are the guys just lost trying to learn Kent's system? It's always tough in the middle of both a personnel and a coaching change, but damn that was TCU, not Texas. I hope you guys get it turned around against Idaho St.

Also, who is your AD? How in the hell did you only schedule 4 home games in the OOC???? I get one of them being at Gonzaga because that's just an in state trip, but 2 games in Texas, games in Alaska, and another game in Santa Clara? Awful scheduling by your AD. He didn't do Kent any favors.

No kidding. Who was the 'smart guy' who made this horrible schedule for this crappy team.

Seems like they should be building some wins and confidence with the Eastern's, LC State's and if need be, the Whitworths or the world. But this team may have a difficult time beating any of those teams.

Against TCU this team looked horrible. Can't shoot, can't pass, can't defend, can't rebound, can't win a loose ball...... it was horrible!

Well, we owed UTEP a return trip and TCU was probably viewed as a more winnable game than it turned out to be. Kent has some work to do. He said they didn't compete on defense or on the boards. He needs to figure out who is willing to battle. He thinks the offense will come as they get used to the system. But it's looking like wins are going to be hard to come by this year.

They were hard to come by last year as well. I have been impressed by Coach Kent. He is building a program at WSU. Like the women's team, it is going to take time. But, Kent will get it done.
