Assume all fulltime as I wasn't given context. But that is what people who come from places like Ohio State do. They don't do warm a fuzzy small town Pullman stuff. They make changes, good, bad or indifferent.

You are minimizing what the insurance agent did and embellishing what Chun did. Cancel the policy and move on or cancel the policy and chew his ass, Im fine with either. Placing more blame on Chun for defending himself is ridiculous to me though.

The businessman didn't stalk him at his home. He's also not a congressman. His daughter posted the video. His issue was with her. Not that any of those things matter to our unhinged AD.

Etown … several things . Chun being in position he was in probably should have been accompanied by a police officer when going to confront what was going to become his former insurance agent. While I understand his anger and frustration he has to be better than that .
Second, the insurance agent I would suggest is friends with Rolo, so while he didn’t post the video , to think his adult daughter was the rails impetus in the video taking and posting is not credible .
Back to the next coach part of this thread, if Dickert does win the last 2 games, which is a big if, he is probably it, which isn't a bad thing. However if I was Dickert, I'd take less is offered under the conditions, the balance of what was offered plus 50% of that will go to new assistants, then go find the best damn recruiters you can find along with some great offensive minds. If he does that in the long run he will get his payday, and he has to make up for his inexperience as a HC by surrounding himself with a seasoned staff. Hell steal some coaches back from Oregon.

Like I’ve been saying - offer Dickert below market with lots of incentives. The money you save on his base goes into the pot for an OC.
