Not caring for the officiating already.
Efe isn't going to win 1v1 against Koloko, he needs to defend him and pass.

The replay looked like the contact was real.
As long as they call it both ways...sure.
Seriously, we can't get into foul trouble.
Also, the stream is absolute garbage - game sounds like it's in mono.
I am not liking how this game is being officiated. I don't mind letting contact go. But, that doesn't explain Roberts fighting through a pick, which happens hundreds of time throughout a game, and calling it a foul.
Looked like Jakimovski was pushed out. Feels like contact is a foul for us and "basketball" for UA.
They called one on Bamba when he bumped into the shooter on a three long after the shot was off. They are not calling the game consistent as of yet.
Well they had a good run recently which was great and gave some hope. But this game really shows how far away they are. Why can we never seem to be able to find knock down shooters. If Winthrop and Dakota have these guys why can't we find them.
This game shows us that Arizona is a top 5 team and are playing really well this game.
Oh I had no illusions the cougs would win. But the droughts and 0 fer for 3 shouldn't be as frequent as they are.
We have three guys who can create their own shots off the dribble. That's all. You have to have numerous guys who can do that. The best teams have outside shooters who can also dribble and then finish at the rim or pop a short jumper. We don't have that.
I am encouraged by our bigs. They are going all out and have had some really nice plays and mostly good defense.

They are 5th in the country in in kenpom.com’s Adjusted Defensive Efficiency. They are 12th in the country in block percentage and first in opponent 2 point field goal percentage. They really are that good defensively, and I think they came out wanting to make a statement,
Awesome defense by WSU except for Arizona getting hot, nailing 3's. WSU forced LOTS of Arizona turnovers.
WSU did not turn the ball over, hardly at all.
So why WSU behind by 13?
3 things
1. Going 0-13 WIDE OPEN AWESOME SHOTS BY MOSTLY GOOD SHOOTERS.
2. Arizona sizzling hot nailing their 3's.
3. Despite good rebounding by WSU bigs, etc, who fought for rebounds, hustled, etc, still got out rebounded by Arizona.
4. As good as WSU's 3 point shots were, many going halfway down and out, the players should have gone inside more.
If it had not been for WSU's awesome play/defense, Arizona would be up 23+ easily.
If WSU had nailed their WIDE OPEN 3's, while if Arizona had not been so hot, WSU would have been up by 5 to 10.
Still good that WSU held Arizona to 33, and could have been even lower had Arizona not gotten so hot from 3.
WSU playing great, Just getting UNLUCKY.
But despite all this WSU is still in comeback range, especially if they continue the semi lockdown defense, and heat up some in their shooting, and Arizona cools down some.

They are at least a top 10 team. I'm not sold that their guards make them top 5. Not to say they are not an excellent team.
