The list of coaches making half of the salary the WSU staff is making is miles long. These are coveted jobs. Even if the salaries are being cut.

I know you don't like people reading your diary, but your thoughts do remotely align with reality. WSU Athletics is overhauling itself into a lower revenue model. We have to maximize value, not piss it away.

I'm sure you'd be real excited about hiring the OC from Western Kentucky as our head coach. No way you would bitch about that.

From what I've seen, it looks like UW is dumpster diving when it comes to all their low-level pickups in the transfer portal. Certainly won't be going back to the CFP anytime soon with that type of recruiting.

Biggsy, what do you think of Jason Eck, who just left Idaho for New Mexico? He probably hasn't even sold his house yet.

@Observer11 indicated Eck could be a good fit
