I'll be honest. I acted like a little b*tch and overreacted when Rolovich was fired. The main reason why I was so upset was because Stuttzman and Richardson were fired. They were really really good coaches and recruiters. Stutz will make a great hc some day in a conservative state. AJ Cooper is another stud. By stud I mean great recruiter and field coach. Allen, Smith, Logo, Webber, Banker, Ghobrial/Krantz were Big Sky recruiters. Banker was a good field coach as I believe Allen was. Most were better than end of era Leach staff though.

If we are to truly compete for Pac 12 Championships than A. Chun has to stop being so cheap B. Find a great staff from head to toe that can recruit; especially California.

He’s a pro. He is a must have for WSU.

Any kid playing TE showing up at WSU is in a great spot. They have no TEs. Wide open competition.

I leave him at TE. He is hurdling kids. He moves like a basketball player in space without the ball. No way I’d put him at tackle. I’d use him as a 6th OL that had the ability to catch, run, hurdle, post up and be a huge goal line threat. 6’7” on the goal line has to be accounted for. Why limit him? Make the defense prepare for him blocking AND catching. Once you put that OL number on you have to declare to the ref if you are tackle eligible.
He just verballed to Florida.

If someone wasn't upset about Rolo being fired then they don't have a pulse. It wasn't good for the program, period. Remove all the political and covid bullshit and there is no way to rationalize it any other way other than being detrimental. Yes, they nutted up and played well for Dickert, but turning over the HC and staff was always going to screw us, and now we're seeing how and why.

Also, why does Stutz have to coach in a conservative state? Coaching is left and right now too?

Stutz isn’t untouchable in a blue state right now because of the vax mandates for public employees. There’s a reason why he’s in Utah.

Well, the proposition was him being a HC, which would be presumably in a couple of years, when (hopefully) covid is over and done with, so I'm failing to see why that would matter. Unless the blue states are going to keep vaccine mandates forever, you know, just in case. Can't be too safe.

Stutzmann couldn't recruit for sh*t. Richardson was fine, Logo was good with the Poly guys but that was it. Allen got a couple guys. Cooper is a stud. Banker was fine for an old guy. Weber, Krantz, Smith were worthless. They had 13 guys on campus this past summer and signed four. And Dickert had to close Cedarland again. Rolovich was supposed to have this great recruiting staff but most of them couldn't close to save their life. The two guys that could are the two guys still on staff.

I like Eakin a lot. So do the coaches. They've been on him since ICU.
Eakin was offered by Tex Tech on Friday and visited/committed to them this weekend.
