Ducks starting QB now in the portal

Tyler Shough has announced his intentions of transferring from UO. Ducks backup Anthony Brown was a senior transfer from Boston College and is coming back for another year. UO also has a hotshot freshman coming in, Ty Thompson. I wonder if coaches are wanting to fast track Thompson.

Definitely a risk, but that is an example of why you have to evaluate kids in the portal. There are two PAC cultures that are sooo ubiquitous that they have become a standing joke...the lazy UCLA kid and the ganja UO kid. The majority at each place do not fit that profile...but the significant minority of them that do has become a cliche'.
