Election Day

If Trump loses and people get hurt/killed by the target audience of this blatant lie and the many other lies that you have endorsed and propagated the blood will be on your hands too.
Raskin refused to certify in 2016. Google for yourself. And Raskin has made the same “free and fair” comments as Trump.

Trouble is, Clown, you can’t find one single example of me “endorsing lies” because it never happened.

Now, are you gonna condemn Rep Raskins comments? I ask because You People claim silence is violence, remember?

1) The quote above is a lie

2) No one supported Raskin’s bullshit and it died quickly

3) What Raskin pulled isn’t even remotely comparable to what the fascists pulled in 2021.

4) GooberCoug is a certified PoS

Can you help a brother out? Please link any proof claiming the Raskin video is fake.

Remember, silence is violence. ( your rules)

I'M FEELING THE TRUMP WAVE COMING!

Enthusiasm, high early voting numbers, a real sense of excitement in the air. It's too early for a Swisher Sweet and a Rainier, but I'm itching to get this VICTORY PARTAY started early!

SAD! that it'll be a week or so before those classic salty YouTube videos start popping up. Drunk, barren roasties with merlot stained teeth and screeching cats going haywire for my enjoyment...it's my favorite high cinema! I'll grin as 98lb dorks in Temu-sourced "combat gear" have epic meltdowns as they set fire to their own cities. I'll wince as Hollywood "celebrities" ape about how the world is full of LITERAL HITLER CLONES and how stupid Americans are for not listening to their very important opinions. It's really quite exquisite.

Do you believe trump legitimately and fairly lost the 2020 election?
Trump lost. Biden won. I'd set the over/under for the number of dead people nationwide that voted in 2020 at 500. About 80,000 votes in the swing states decided the election. These topics have been previously discussed ad nauseum. The brainwashing has affected your memory.

Do we need to do another repeat of Stacy Abrams being a whiny loser, Hillary whining for a decade about Russian interference, Ds not voting to certify the election in 2016, etc.? It's a matter of degree. The $2,000 per hour hooker is not more virtuous no matter how badly you want to believe that.

I'll throw in another item just for fun, that has also been discussed on this board, but since you really love do overs- Trump doesn't want to turnover his tax returns because: (i) he takes aggressive tax positions, and; (ii) he lost his ass in Atlantic City and will have net operating loss carryovers forever.

It's legit but, to be fair to mouthbreathers everywhere, the clip is from April or May.

It's funny that Raskin hates Israel and Trump loves it (you know, considering he's LITERALLY HITLER).
And Kusher is Jewish, Ivanka converted, and their three kids (Donald's grandkids) are Jewish.

Taking an early lunch today Gibby? What, 4 political posts on 2 threads and it's only 10:15? I'll re-tally later. :)

Turns out it's kind of fun to sit back and frequently take online, one-liner potshots at posters, although unlike you I rarely engage in personal insults.

The Trump wave and enthusiasm gap generated only 46% of the vote in both 2016 and 2020 with accompany popular vote loses. I don't see much of a change a third time around. He's maxed out, and dependant on a collapse in dem support for Harris, like Clinton.

Trump has a high floor and a low ceiling. Crushes primaries, and white knuckle in the general. But, Harris isn't going to crush the popular vote either. That's where we're at.

I read something yesterday that said republican voters have been getting their ballots in earlier than before, so their numbers are up compared to previous. Democrats - especially young democrats - are leaning toward later voting now. Not sure how that flip is explained, but it could lead to an early Trump lead that evaporates in the later voting.

Also, looking at the numbers, republican voting is only up as a percentage of ballots cast. The actual numbers were a couple million behind what were cast at the same point in 2020. Dem numbers were behind by a couple million more.

Not that the numbers or percentages really matter. The big variable is where those ballots were cast, because 50% plus one vote takes the entire state.

You see, I asked a yes or no question, specifically about legitimacy and you couldn't answer that.

Was Biden legitimately elected in a fair process and not as the result of fraud or it being "stolen" from trump?

With all your devotion to trump, it's actually idiotic that you didn't vote for him (as you claim). Taihtsat

Even when I answer your dumbass question, somehow you want to argue that I didn't. Just a reminder, you are so low information that you thought Pelosi was still the Speaker of the House, even though I had referred to her as the former speaker at least twice.

Just so we're clear, the only new part of this discussion is you conceding that the Ds are full of shit on their democracy rhetoric. Thanks.

This is a flawed and dismissive argument. Women's constitutional abortion rights were taken away. Trump was the prime architect of that by court packing. Imagine a Dem president packs the supreme court, who rule that the well regulated militia clause of the second amendment must read read in conjunction the right to bear arms clause, effectively doing away with the individual's constitutional right to bear arms. Your right to bear arms would similarly be state dependent. How many guns rights people would say nothing has really changed? Zero.

Just like Harris must own the the border debacle, and men are pissed, Trump must own the fact that he effectively deprived women of a well established constitutional right, and they are pissed. This issue has not been good for Trump and republicans the last two election cycles (big election loss to a guy who didn't campaign/the red wave that wasn't). Pollsters are saying this going to be close election, I'm just not seeing it that way. Of course, I could be dead wrong, pollsters may have gotten their poll "weighting" right this time, but abortion remains the #1 issue for women. In light of the fact they are the largest voting block by a substantial margin, I think it will be an easy night for Harris. Considering that Trump abandoned any effort at reconciliation on the issue and has been pandering to the misogynist element at his rallies, combined with his apparent 46% voter threshold, stick a fork in the guy.

We'll see if I'm Nostradamus, or have completely misread the tea leaves.

If you answer a specific question it MIGHT lead to further clarification.

Internet bullies are common, but don't think I've ever come across such an interent coward.

You used to be so fond of posting that video of John McCnroe saying "answer the question, jerk". I'd never be so rude. But you used to.

If abortion rights were in the Constitution, they couldn't be taken away. Abortion rights are based on case law, and state law. Roe v. Wade is not the Constitution, it's a case. And you should use present tense. Abortion rights still exist in a majority of the states. Thirteen bans, and two states (I believe) allow early term abortions. The number of abortions since Dobbs has actually increased.

For almost 50 years, the Ds did not push through any federal abortion bill when they held the House, Senate and White House. It's funny to me that there is no talk of a price to be paid for that.

For some women, it is obviously a serious issue. Trump has taken credit for overturning Roe, so certainly women can make him pay for it. But, plenty of women are pro-life. Plenty of women are Catholic. Plenty of women are evangelical. I don't think women are as monolithic as you do.

If you're right, Harris won't win because of her strength, talent, or ability. The result will literally have nothing to do with her. Biden could have won on that issue too.

I said that Biden won. I can't fix your malfunctions.

I see that dgib has already very effectively wasted your argument about abortion being a "constitutioal right", so I will gloss over that here, except to point out that your understanding of the actual Constitution and Bill of Rights appears to be lacking.

What I will address is court packing, which you also do not appear to understand. Trump absolutely did NOT engage in any court packing, none at all. What he did do was appoint three conservative justices to the Supreme Court, as he had a right and duty to do. Just because you do not personally like those justices, or approve of their judicial philosophy does not mean that he did anything wrong. Sorry to burst your bubble on that issue.

Court packing is is a term used to define enlarging the size of the court by ADDING justices that fit a different philosophy than the current makeup of the court, so that decisions can be counted on to lean to the side of the new appointees. In reality, with a current 6-3 "conservative leaning", doing court packing would entail appointing a minimum of 4 additional justices to the court to give it a 7-6 majority. I Harris is elected with a Senate D majority, you can expect a move to appoint 6 new justices, most of whom will be unable to define what a woman is and think that AR-15's can fire 6-800 rounds per second.

Here is the thing- what the Dems/libs wish to do is eliminate the concept of having 3 co-equal branches of government. They never want to lose a case in the SC, they want it to simply be a rubber stamp for them as they occupy the White House and control both legislative branches. And THAT, my friend, actually WOULD be the end of "our democracy"! Of course, you do understand that we do not actually have a democracy, right? Our country is a republic.

A very small part of me is actually hoping that Trump wins. Then in a few months after he wreaks havoc on America, I can come back and tell all you Trumpers "I told you so". Until then we are in for a shitshow for the next 2 months. Not looking forward to that at all...... :(

"shitshow"? Uh, what do think has been going on for several years, sunshine and rainbows?

Some exit polling not good for the incumbent.

"CNN Exit Poll: About three-quarters of voters hold negative view of way things are going in the US today"

If Trump wins, it's not a vote for him, it's a vote for change and "throw them out..."
Kamala has that covered, she's "turning the page" Unfortunately turning the page in a bad book, still makes it a bad book. Joe wasn't in charge and Kamala is not capable of running anything, so it will be more of the same. Who is running the county? Is the question that needs to be asked. I do think Harris wins, there is too much Trump hate, not only by the people, but it is enforced by the media, and then Trump doesn't help himself. Harris is far left, and Joe was considered moderate when he was elected and moved left, because he wasn't in charge, whoever was in charge turned the country more left. Harris as President will be more left than Joe. The Democrats keeps saying democracy is at stake in the elections, but they are perhaps the bigger threat to Democracy.
