No. He doesn’t see the field. Picks his receiver in the huddle. No awareness of what’s going on.
24-9 halftime. Good start.
Didn't expect the type of game so far.
Expected Wisconsin to run the ball and have a lot of success and control the ball. Instead they have relied on the pass game and this resulted in two sacks with fumbles. One for a TD score.
That all said, Wisconsin gets the ball back and are within 2 scores.
Cougars need two TDs in the 2nd half, preferably with long scoring drives, in order to put this game away. This is a good UW team and this game is far from over.

We could control the second half with designed QB runs. Just don’t see us handing it off much.

Yep. If they go to their power run game I’m not sure we can stop it. And between their improved coverage and Ward’s lack of vision, points may be harder to come by.

WSU needs a long drive to give the defense a rest. Really need a TD but a FG works as well to keep it a 2 score game.

Move the ball forward. Score. Don’t throw behind receivers. Don’t run into a stacked line. Cover their receivers.

Cougs were stopped on the last drive but Cam Ward missed a wide open guy in the flat for a first. Missing those didn't cost the Cougs last week but it's a different story this week.

I know some are impressed with the kid, but I have zero faith in Ward. I’ve seen a lot of QBs at WSU, and he’s not one I want around with the game on the line. He has talent, but his decision making is piss poor.
