Just think what this team would be without the JC's. It would be scary. It just shows how poorly the DB evaluation and retention has been the last few years.
Is it now politically incorrect to call the sideline a sideline these days? Or just really cool to call it a “boundary”?

Honestly, i i fl like the dcs are getting cute again. The players are so completely out of position half the time its incomprehensible. The other half their youth and lack of talent is on display.
Cant succeed when the coaches are dumber than the players.
I stayed on board, watched and attended games in 1998-2000. And 2008-2011. It’s always frustrating watching losses pile up, but those times bothered me less. Those teams had little to no talent. This team has quite a bit. But it hurts because we’re now underperforming. WSU historically has good seasons by doing more with less. This year we’re doing less with more.
Is there another officiating crew which is looking at Cal? Or is tonight's crew alone and just looking at WSU?
Defense hasnt improved. It sucks, but the defense has still played just barely ok enough to win.

Cant keep on turning ball over on about your 15 to 30, and thus putting your already bad defense in ultimate extremely bad position and expect your already bad defense to do well in that situation.
Thats on the offense, no matter how bad the defense is.
And the defense has only givwn up 20 points thru about 2 and 1/2 quarters. Thats pretty ok considering how bad defense is, and good enough to win.
So on offense not on defense.

As the team often is at a talent disadvantage, they have to play with positive emotion. The coaches tell the same message and tell the players not to overlook the weeks opponent. But, no matter how much you preach, the players are still human.
