To be honest, yeah, you are better off with more bodies. More film gets watched, one more idea at a meeting, one more coach to make calls to recruits, one more view of what is working and not working. WU doesn't need fewer coaches. And if it is about money, pay them more.
Grinders out work the loafers by 25%. Zach and Jeff are going to kick people's azz every single time. Their growth goes up 25-33% because they're interested and then then grind. The time to pay your entire staff is when they have something going on. However, they were behind the curve and vastly underfunded. It come down to respect and respecting their contribution and then paying then accordingly.
No, none of this is true. I get why some want to promote the profession and then shout down the rest, You know that some are sleeping on the job while others grind. Once again and I hope you can answer this question: how do you know exactly what these guys are producing? It's "almost" a joke because everyone else know that we;re all held accountable.
The previous year...9 assistant coaches and now 10. No jump in recruiting rankings and we can't surpass Oregon State University? Come on man!!

This "aint" brain surgery. You want to coach and recruit with one less body and you think the best way spend the money is save 300k on a coach and spread it around to the "producers".

This of this matters anyway because I think he's going to retain the entire staff and give the Co-Defensive Coordinators $500,000 a piece.

It feels like some of you are discussing what the best thing to do is vs what's our best option working within our current budget. I don't think anyone would argue that spending more money to have the largest and best staff you can find is the best way to go.
