Mora’s name keeps surfacing

If the name “Mora” wasn’t attached to his candidacy, his resume is pretty good. I just can’t.

I can handle ROLO, HARRELL, HARSIN, SARK, CALE GUNDY, MCELWAINE, but if we hire Mora I will act like Tennessee fans when they tried to hire Schianno.

I have not seen a single Coug fan who has indicated that they would be remotely OK with that hire. Everyone has indicated they will climb to the top of the highest building and jump off if that happens.

Wonder if hitting that nerve is inspiring the clickbait, or if this is [God forbid] the real deal.

Could we just have a gentleman's agreement here and not mention Mora's name here again? "Say No Mora" is my motto.

He isn't going to be our head coach ever so no point in acting like that other clickbait site.

I will seriously, not an empty threat, not go to a game next year forsure if he is hired.

There's no way Chun is feeding cougfan. I believe cougfan wrote a story that identified Smith based off of a Klay Thomnpson tweet the lists they proposed were way off.

dgibbons said Mora is his 1st choice.

It's all Cougfan. I don't know why they're pushing that. Makes them look kind of silly.

Rump Turn Option fake dive to Mora candidacy, fake pitch to Sark candidacy, QB keeper with Baldwin & Cal Poly staff.

The teams he has coached (2 NFL teams) and a BCS school, yes it looks pretty good. You actually look at how he actually coached, not so much. One winning season (his first) in the NFL and every year he won fewer games. He started out great at UCLA with Neuheisel's players, then when they graduated he lost a lot of games. With as much talent there is in California and especially LA, it is hard to have consecutive losing seasons. Yet, he accomplished that feat.

Just curious but wouldn't Neiuhisal or McErwain be better choices if you were going to go the retread route.
I don't hate the McElwain thing if we kept some kind of AR type offense.

The Florida job put a stink on him but those fans are impatient - I don't think he was forced out because he was a disaster.

I know, and I absolutely don’t want him in Pullman, but he got hosed by UCLA for (correctly) calling out their higher ups for not committing to the football program.
Yes and no. Unless he was promised something, he knew what he was getting into when he took the job. UCLA has long been known as being cheap.
