This whole thing reeks of back room double dealing. The power brokers wanted to carve up the pac 12, hence no dice on any respectable media deal

no doubt. this isn't just the p12 members jumping ship, this is the other conferences eliminating a television competitor as much as anything else. And apparently is been going on for a while.

I think someone else mentioned, and of course nothing will ever come of it, but you can't convince me that there isn't an anti-trust/ conspiracy/ collusion issues that could be pursued through litigation.

Agreed, the statement fron a pac 12 president that the big 12 take all but osu and us is very telling
