They look to be spending some dough on a bunch of "quality control" guys or consultants. Ferrigno is one with a great deal of experience. It may be really good for player assessment with a lot of emphasis on retention and development. More were announced.

I think he's a QA guy or staffer. Not one of the 10 assistants allowed under NCAA rules.
