Yeah, basically a financial aid agreement with the school...plus whatever advertising contracts you get.

Just accepting the inevitable, really. LOIs haven't mean much of anything for a few years.

I wonder if you can accept a contract from WSU and then continue to shop for a better contract. The LOI process basically locked you up.

Probably. Even when they’re clearly in the right, WSU tends to either settle or just write off losses rather than suing. In an LOI case where there’s no significant loss…I seriously doubt they’d lift a finger.
