Sounds like a terrible idea. Disney resorts do not have the feeling of a college campus. The mousketeers execs should stay out of game day decision. If it aint broke.....
If nothing else worst case scenario, as the Gameday show starts, and they announce that sadly the streak is at a end, that the flag wasnt able to be there because of the rule.
All of a sudden, a delivery person will supposedly interrupt the broadcast live(staged), and say "Delivery for Corso(or one of them), and hands the big long package to them. Corso or one them say live "I wonder why getting a package here". Another one says "Wonder whats in it", Another says "Just open it up and see, then we'll know".
Then one of them opens the package and pulls out Ole Crimson flag and says "Hey look at what we have here, its the Ole Crimson flag", waves it around, puts it into a flag holder and puts it on the table in front of them, "Looks like the streak is going to continue after all."
Then one of them will explain "When we found out the rules wouldnt allow Ole Crimson to fly, wave here, and that the streak would end, we couldnt allow that, so as soon as we found out, we made the arrangements so that we could fly, wave the flag right here, as we are exempt from the the no flag rule." Then after that they start, go on to the regular content of show.
Could Totally see them doing something like that, and think they will, would do something like that, if they think the flag wont be there.
The Gameday show host, likes the Ole Crimson streak tradition, they wouldnt want to see it end. Its practically forever part of the Gameday show, set, itself. And they, the show, the staff, producers, host, etc, would do almost anything to make sure the Ole Crimson flag will be there to continue the streak.
So nothing to worry about.
The Ole Crimson Flag will be there waving, continuing the streak.
"Four years ago, Ol’ Crimson’s streak of appearances on the ESPN College GameDay set was placed in serious jeopardy when the infamous Washington State flag was held up in transit en route to Tucson, Arizona."

because of my ignore list, this looked on my feed like a random, unrelated to anything post.
and well yeah, there's this too.Disney is a stupid place to have Game Day. Stupid. Even if the flag issue wasn't a thing. This is a Disney corporation thing: promote Disney, not college football.
