Just wanted to mention that. OSU and Stanford are not defensive juggernauts, but that’s still pretty good.

and a 51 yarder @ that. What a celebration at Martin following Max’s run into the end-zone.
The chants of Borghi, Borghi, Borghi brought a mist to this longtime Cougs eyes.

If you take away the turnovers they score 70+ points. I wonder how Oregon States defense feels ?

Just got a chance to watch a replay of the game. The almost turning point of that game was that "on-side" kick. What a odd play looked like a pure line drive. Up man needs to let those go and let the back guys field it.

Really not sure all of the late heroics would have been needed without that one play which started a quick 14 pt run. Before that it sure looked like a game that WSU would stay comfortably ahead. Not taking anything away from OSU but they were not up until that point sustaining drives to stay up with WSU in that type of game. OSU had 3 punts and turned the ball over on downs 3 times.

WSU was heading for the 60's in scoring and personally think OSU would maxed in the 40's without that onside kick.

One key is starting the game with momentum, where the Offense can jump out and build a lead...…...that means don't start the game with a pick 6, or a picvk in the redzone

I think that kick ricocheted off Rogers, then ricocheted off Brown (it hit Brown for sure, Rogers has a return in the box score).

Ping .........went over the same rules on kickoff return with 8th graders this year, front guys on onsides kick......don't try to field a line drive , let it go through and let the deep guys get it.

Peewee football mistake, unless the guy just got drilled and couldn't get out of the way
