Our Offensive line looked so much better tonight. Why?

Definitely. The guys tonight played their asses off. Shorthanded, limited backups, abandoned by their coaches and administration, but they came out and put in the effort.

The OC mixed things up well, they used PA. Helps the OLine tremendously when you have someone who knows how to play call to keep a defense off balance. Arbuckle sucks at that which contributes to the OLine sucking.

eh... calling roll outs for Eck is a mistake. Asking him to run is a mistake. Keeping dipshit's playbook for this game was a mistake.

Zevi is a pocket passer - let him cook.

That being said, overall great effort on all parts. Just sucked to see a couple of those drives go sideways because they asked Zevi to do what he's not proficient at.

I have never liked the rolling a QB out to his non throwing side. That and maybe that bunch(4 we) screen on 3rd and long were his only bad calls.

I thought he did a heck of a job.

The offense had more rhythm.

It was a much better performance than having Mateer bailed us out all the time.

If you hire the right hot shot 27 year old, he’ll ride in, learn his lessons then ride out with your QB and OL to a big program and show you just how good he is.

The SEC will test that hypothesis.

Alex Grinch on the offensive side of the ball.
