I honestly think he did this, (today) to be PC. There was so much noise that there's been zero communications or updates this past week. Nothing in this presser you really need to watch, it's just checking a box of communicating to the press.

Regarding Apple Cup, what I hear is that (not surprisingly) it’s about money. We’ll play as long as there’s money in it.

Second was when someone asked if we’ve received another P5 invitation in the last year…he didn’t answer. He talked around it. Did someone actually invite us and we turned it down? Is that why the Big 12 is t looking at us now? Doesn’t seem likely but his dodge makes me suspicious.

Regarding Apple Cup, what I hear is that (not surprisingly) it’s about money. We’ll play as long as there’s money in it.

Well I have never been a Chun fan but he gained a measure of respect in my eyes for taking on the presser. Yeah answers were vague but to be fair a bunch of the questions were out of his purview. So hey, kudos for at least holding it, and we'll see what happens.

I don't see the Apple Cup played for at least a minimum of 5 years. The overwhelming fans of Cougar Nation don't want it. We don't want their charity and paycheck.
True, we have nothing to lose, and they have everything to lose, but no thank you.

I think we continue to play the non-cons without Washington. They Huskies? Yep, they all want to continue the game. No thanks. Our rival is Oregon State.

If WSU got a P5 invitation, and then if WSU turned it down, and then if find out who was supposedly responsible for turning P5 invite to WSU down, then first find out if that person was pressured to say no to invite, and by who, and then IMMEDIATLY FIRE and REPLACE any, all those responsible for turning down P5 invite, if that happened.
