Just plain weird.

What is the sense of obligation here. He hired back Hoke.. who probably agreed to succeed him sometime earlier- so they have their defensive coordinator. Zach ins't given full credit....yet Long is worried about him leaving to what would be a higher paying job. Just plain weird!
