Stanford: not counting their punt with just over 3 minutes to go - sacked on their final 4 plays from scrimmage. I guess much like Indigo Montoya vs the six-fingered man we decided to stop rushing the quarterback solely left-handed. That's all I have to say about that.
One of my wife's favorite movies of all time. So many quotes from that movie that have stood decades of use & re-use. Inconceivable!!
The OLine had a great game too and has come a long ways since Utah. The D-Line plays extremely hard and between that and the sure tackling in the secondary opposing offenses really have to work for points. With both trench units playing well, you can be in any game.
Kind of an unsung, under-the-radar performance last night by LB Kyle Thornton. Had 6 tackles, 1 TFL, and seemed to do a nice job in relief of the disqualified Woods. Also, huge play by Quinn Roff to help force the game ending fumble.
