We're an RPO team now?
Not a fan of the 3/4 throwing motion. I don't remember that from Mateer; did he pick it up from CW?
*** after watching the video further, #4 is doing it as well. Is that how they're teaching the position now? Why? Maybe a quicker release?
Part of the reason why Dickert changed up the assistant offensive coaches, is that he wants to goto about a 44% Run, 56% Pass HYBRID Semi Mike Price 1 or 2 RB, FB, 1 TE, 3, 2 Receivers, semi Spread, semi RPO, Semi Air Raid concepts, Semi Run and Shoot like concepts, offense, where emphasize RB, WR, QB runs, RPO more.
He has been trying to do that for 1,2,3 years. If the team executes it, it will probably work. But it's more complicated, takes more time, sometimes even 1,2,3,4 years to fully install it, get it to work, etc.
He needs the right QB, RB, WR's, TE's, OL, which can be hard to get ALL those RIGHT ones, but if he can do that, and install it, and get the team to execute it, etc, that can, will work.
The question is will he be able to do that? Probably partially, and will have to adapt, and probably will adapt.
