Falk was 4-4 41 yds, 1TD, and passer rating of 149. Exceeded both Siemian and Webb. Go Luke!!
In addition J Thompson had 4 tackles for the AZ Cardinals.
Still pains me to know we could have had him in a Coug uniform for another year, but sincerely hope he makes the Cardinal roster.

If he performs at a high level over the next two games, he just may have an opportunity to be Darnold’s back-up. I would think the worse-case scenario is the practice squad.
Not worried about Thompson making the roster. Cardinals knew he was getting a late start on things when they picked him in the supplemental draft. Might not play a ton this year but they didn't use a fifth rounder on him just to drop him.
2 Coug QBs on NFL rosters would be just more momentum to WSU football that seems to be rolling faster than it ever has in my lifetime.
According to the internet.....you are correct. Rypien came out of retirement and played in 2001.
