Good writeup. The only question that I have is about the Cactus Bowl. ASU has to beat either Cal or Arizona to make a bowl game. Are you working under the assumption that Cal loses out? If Cal wins against ASU and ASU beats Arizona that would put both ASU and Arizona at 6-6 and Cal at 7-5. Technically, Cal would be tied with ASU at that point in conference standings but would have the better overall record. Would they get the Cactus Bowl berth or do you think the Cactus Bowl takes the team with the inferior overall record because they would be more of a "home" team? FWIW, I think Cal will be favored to beat ASU at home.
