Unlimited coaches

How many extra recruiters are needed to tell kids how much NIL $$$ they’re getting.

That will be an issue. If a staff has 10 more guys that can recruit they can cover wayyyy more ground. More staff, more evaluations, more relationships, more opportunities…

Having more recruiters would be a huge boost for a lot of teams. It isn’t as simple as just making an offer.

Until schools with staffs of 15 on field coaches start to use it against schools with smaller staffs in recruiting…
As opposed to what... parents and coaches that were "unofficial" and out running around before all this?

Jesus Biggs... you of all people know how much "recruiting" has happened by people that weren't/aren't employed

Jesus you’re f’ing dumb. If you can’t see how having a larger staff than other teams, able to do more work than other teams, able to pay all of these coaches more than other teams all adds up to even more of a competitive advantage… you are exactly the fan WSU wants. Blind, dumb and just as committed to being average or bad as the admin.

Congrats!

Some teams could also start following the old model they used for players, pre-scholarship limits. They can hire and pay extra coaches just to keep them from going to other schools.

To have more staff than other teams don’t we need a bigger budget than other teams?
