Today is the first day that junior college prospects that graduate in December (or are full qualifiers out of high school) can sign letters of intent. Washington State has five junior college prospects currently committed in their 2015 class, though just three of them are expected to sign today or in the very near future.
Expected to sign early
-Three-star linebacker Aaron Porter of Cerritos (Calif.) C.C.
-Three-star safety Shalom Luani of San Francisco (Calif.) CCSF — SIGNED LOI
-Two-star defensive end Jeremiah Mitchell of Riverside (Calif.) C.C. — SIGNED LOI

Expected to sign in spring
-Three-star linebacker Jonah Moi of Riverside (Calif.) C.C.
-Three-star cornerback Treshon Broughton of Riverside (Calif.) C.C.
Notes
-As a reminder, former Clemson receiver Kyrin Priester, Pasco (Wash.) Chiawana safety Deion Singleton and four-star quarterback Tyler Hilinski have signed financial aid agreements and are expected to arrive in January.
