When did WSU become the penthouse? Lots of homers here. Transferring from WSU to Temple is a downgrade. More like 2 bedroom apartment to the outhouse though.

WSU is a fixer upper in a really nice neighborhood. Unfortunately one of the neighbors (Larry Scott) sold the last empty lot to a methadone clinic and things are going down hill.
