***WSU @ Cal Game Thread***

I was an incredulous pile of angry goo after that third and 36... but the end result wound up with about what you'd have gotten if he'd just gotten 10-12 yards on that play, except with less time on the clock. Go win.

Game. Another courageous effort ending in a loss, likely followed by another tailspin season. This was the best we had and it wasn't enough.

Oh, and fro? This is why not giving up that 7 was important...

The defense looked like it was ready for prime time. I wouldn't blame them. Why would a close game against a ranked opponent necessarily mean tailspin?

We kept it closer than I thought we would but at the end of the day it's another lose. 28 points isn't going to be good enough to win many games in the PAC 12. This team just isn't good enough to put together a complete 60 minutes of football.

Yeah I don't think we are going to tail spin. We can win some other games. We were playing Cal better than anyone else and just shot ourselves in the foot with the Punt for TD on sides kick and so many stupid Falk holding the ball too long sacks. I swear it's like he's doing permutation of integral calculus trying to find the perfect read.

Find the open man dude.

Rough loss. Looked like a pretty good team, had too many mistakes. The idea that WSU is the team that failed to manage the clock is funny too- Cal almost blew that with the 2nd and 4 screen incompletion where they snapped it with :25 on the playclock. The team you saw today should be 4-2 after the next two games. They shut the run down... until 3rd and 36. Ehhhh...

Go beat the Oregon schools.
