Bernard Lagat is 44 years old and and just keeps going. He ran a 2:12 marathon two days ago in Australia - an American masters record - in just his second marathon ever. He finished 7th in a field of 6000 and now holds every US masters record from 1500 meters and up.
He is also currently the third fastest US marathoner (of any age) and may well have a shot at making the Tokyo Olympic team next year.
