They botched all four against St. Mary's and have split the first two versus Santa Clara . One win, five losses. A miserable start to the season against St. Mary's but have been showing signs of life in Santa Clara.

The 10 runs in game 1 win vs. Santa Clara included 8 walks. One guy hitting over .300, all other starters are .118 - .227,with the majority hitting in the .100’s.
Pathetic, as Lees and staff have moved this program backwards.
The only positive is the pitchers aren’t walking batters like last years merry-go-round, however the opponents have a .302 team batting average, while the Cougs are hitting a F’n awesome .192.
I’m sure the new showers in the BTO will make a marked difference.

Cougs lost again today, 3-1. Cougs @ home next week vs. Nevada with Thursday - Sunday high temps forecasted @ 28, 31, 28, and 23 degrees.
