I'd have to imagine the pay to play stuff (see Texas AM) is the target #1. You put some civil and criminal penalties around this and it's going to get to the intent of the Supreme Court ruling.

Something needs to be done. And the conferences (see SEC) have asked for Congress to step in.

Like it or not, College Football is huge in the south and they likely have more pressure on this subject than the more important issues facing our country.

That's definitely true. Most of them shouldn't even be eligible for re-election.

I'm continually disappointed by the people voters keep returning to office. This week's primary was no exception.
