I don’t know…the D on thatTD was pretty badThe worst thing about this game—and I can say this before it starts—is the USC band.
Pass coverage stinksWSU burned a timeout early on defense to get burned. It's going to be a long day.
And we either gave them another possession or the refs did. Lined up in the neutral zone on third down and 4…hmmmm.WSU burned a timeout early on defense to get burned. It's going to be a long day.
I don’t think you can go against USC’s roster and expect a zone to stop the pass…unless your pass rush is overwhelming. You run a defense specifically to stop passing offenses but your kids are out of position. C’mon guys.
Now they can officially say they made the playoffs. ALDS makes it official in my mind. And the Mariners take the lead. Once trailing by 7

I think our edge rushers can beat their OTs. They’ve gotten a good jump a few times, including the play where they got the holding call. My guess is that Williams is varying his cadence well and keeping them off balance. There is no pass rush.

Every decent QB does. And Williams is.You are guessing poorly. They have 4-5 star tackles and no respect for WSU. They’re not varying the cadence.

Also helps that their OTs know how to keep their hands where the refs don’t see the holding.
You think that was dumb? Looked like a BS PI call to me. I’ve never seen 7 so directly traced to a [bad] call than that PI call right thereDumb penalties kill win opportunities.

Playing the conference bluebloods is so frustrating, esp as a WSU type team. Best case scenario the refs accidentally ensure the cookie crumbles against you; worst case, the refs do it on purpose

ExactlyWas talking about the offsides...
That was 100% OPI on U$C.
Lowly WSU winning is bad for the conference in the P12 eyes.the Oregon DPI 6-7 years ago. getting jobbed at the coliseum around that time as well. And now the free 7 before halftime, again at the coliseum. The Stanford (was it McAffrey?) play in Pullman years ago.
even if you’re a ‘everything is a coincidence’ kind of guy, the fact that these benefit Oregon & USC (or whoever is the conference hopeful) somewhere between 100% and 100% of the time has to make your spidey sense go off
Wait, you mean receivers aren’t allowed to extend both arms and push the defender who’s half their size? Was talking about the offsides...

He expects to get every call even when it’s obviously not in his favor. Reminds me of Helton a few years back. The amount of “assistance” USC needs to beat us in their house is insane. Conference has zero shame.Lincoln Riley is giving me heavy douche vibes.
