The missed tackles in this game, esp on the QB, are an absolute disgrace. It's like PeeWee out there tackling Cam Newton.

DL is gassed. They had nothing on that last play. Hopefully the TV timeout will give them a minute on the oxygen.
Somehow, TOP is not that ugly. Doesn't feel like it though. Feels like we've been watching ISU on offense for an entire half now.
But the offense has to score 7 on every possession from here on out. The D is smoked. There is at least one MASSIVE blown coverage on every play, it's just a matter of whether ISU exploits it.

ESPN saying we ought to milk the clock with 4+ minutes. Hate that strategy and don't think we pull it off. Feel very strongly ISU scores at least 3 more and very possibly 7.
Just an observation, but I think Greg McElroy is a very bright analyst.
Holy crap. That was an escape. I feel good getting a win and taking advantage of some good breaks, and Iowa St is a good team. But this offense needs something else. When the D is outmanned it's tough to stop, but when it's not... Great job by the players. Great job. What a season
Not always pretty, but it’s a win. More than that, it’s 11 wins, and should be a top 10 ranking in the final poll. Not bad for a rebuilding year.

What an effort. Some terrible tackling by the D but the effort was there in spades, enough to win 3 TOs and get the W. Offense withered but came through just enough in the 2nd half to play its part.

Great win, fantastic season. Very fortunate to win this game. No comment on Leach’s decision to throw the ball on the game ending drive.

Guess it comes from watching a million lost football games at all levels from teams going into their shell to protect the W. Still feel more close games are lost that way than won.
