No no and no on most of these teams. Our only path forward is to merge with the Mtn West. Whether it's called that or the PACWest, whatever. That is the only path.

No way in Hell the Pac 4 allows Liberty to play in the same league. Lol.

I would love to see a PacWest / AAC merger of some sort. Having Army, Navy, and Air Force in the same conference would be fun. There would be eyes on sets if one of them was playing in the conference championship game with a College Football Playoff berth at stake.

What would the payout be from the AAC? Could Apple add to that?

I found it. $7mm per.

Replace Army, Navy, JMU, Liberty, with USF, Rice, Appalachian State, Gonzaga, UNLV, NDSU

Terrible compared to P5 teams, but compared to Army, Navy, JMU, Liberty, and all the other MIDMAJOR'S, they are the best as far as things like BIG CITY METROS, HOT RECRUITING BEDS, ACADEMICS, AN OR COMPETITIVENESS in either football OR bball, and have beaten Bluebloods like MICHIGAN(APPALACHIAN ST).

A couple, few, some, almost all might not like the religious affiliations, Geography, the them being MIDMAJOR'S, etc, BUT THEY ARE SOME OF THE BETTER, ALMOST BEST OF THE MIDMAJOR'S, AND THE ONLY, BEST THAT PAC 12 CAN GET RIGHT NOW.

And they are a Hell lot better then Army, Navy, JMU, Liberty.

Sounds mostly horrible and terribly boring.

NOT AS BORING AND BAD AS ARMY, NAVY, JMU, LIBERTY

MEDIA WILL PAY MORE TO THE PAC 4/X FOR SDSU, SMU, MEMPHIS, USF, RICE, APPALACHIAN ST, BSU, UNLV, FRESNO STATE, CSU, UTAH ST, GONZAGA, NDSU, UTSA, THEN THEY WOULD FOR THE WORSE ARMY, NAVY, JMU, LIBERTY

IF the PAC 16/18, 20 is

Stanford, Cal, WSU, Ore St, SDSU, SMU, Memphis, USF, Tulane, Rice, Appalachian St, Gonzaga, BSU, UNLV, Fresno St, CSU, Utah St, NDSU, UTSA, etc

Then the Media deal will be about 19 to 29 mil per team.

If its the straight MWC, or straight AAC, or Army, Navy, JMU, Liberty, it would be about 8 mil per team.

You grab, get the BEST DAMN MIDMAJOR'S ON THE PLANET, (Which there are SOME among, in the MWC, AAC, etc), NOT THE PEONS FROM THE MWC, AAC, etc, like Wyoming, Idaho, EWU, Cal Poly, Army, Navy, JMU, Liberty, etc.
