If you believe the election was stolen, I've got some ocean front property near El Paso that you can get for $20k per acre.
The border wall..............a worthless vanity project sold to a bunch of nationalist fools. While campaigning, the Cheeto said that Mexico would pay for it. He said that because he knew that if he told his base that he would have to either raise taxes or raid other areas of government to spend hundreds of billions to complete his project, people would have lost interest immediately. By the time it became clear that he had no way to get Mexico to actually pay for it, his base was so sold on the idea that they were fine when he gutted military base improvement funding to pay for it. Rather ironic that the people who claim to care so much for our troops had no problem denying them the improvements needed for their bases just so Trump could build his vanity project. And, by the way, two Mexicans with a ladder or a reciprocating saw can easily get past the stupid thing. We need to spend money on the southern border but we need to do it by investing in technology that locates groups of people moving in the desert......not putting up walls that are expensive to maintain and easily surpassed. We hear about Biden being anti-oil, but his administration approved more new permits in his first twelve months than Trump did during the first twelve months of his administration.....during a pandemic when oil consumption had been down for a year. Gas demand has risen dramatically in the past twelve months and OPEC has taken advantage by limiting their increases in production. Only fools think that Presidents control gas prices. Rising energy prices are a key driver in the inflation that we've seen. I don't really care for either party right now, but every GOP supporter knows that they'd be trumpeting the positives of the past year instead of the negatives if the Cheeto had won. FWIW, Biden doesn't deserve much credit for the growth, sometimes, things happen regardless of who the President is and most of what has happened in the past year is driven by factors that Biden had no control over....so don't think that I'm promoting him as a great leader.
The long story short is that our country has no "great" leadership right now. Biden's main strong point is that he isn't Donald Trump. Congress on both sides of the aisle is failing to try to help the entire country and focuses only on what their respective bases want to the detriment of everyone else. #winning is more important than doing the right thing.
