Macroeconomics

When it comes to McCarthy, I'd rather talk about something more positive, like Jenny McCarthy, there are so many links, I didn't know which one to attach. She can be the speaker at my house.

That’s not how this works. Own your vacuous supposition and substantiate it: I’m not about to piss in the wind.
Since when? You're a leading wind pisser.

Are you unable to answer a simple question?

Speaking of which, her Playboy Spread(pun intended) hit the stands when I was in school.

I thought she was on Singled Out when I was in high school. But the wiki page says the show started in June 1995, which would have been right before my junior year at WSU.

You are claiming they’re not that different. Yet I have no idea what your criteria for comparing them is. You first: it’s your premise.

Do you know what a nihilist is?
Yes. And even if I didn't, unlike you I have the mental capacity to look things up on the internet. Did you check Bowman's plumbing? You were talking about craziness, in case you forgot.

Would you consider Omar's overlapping marriages and tax problems arising from them highly virtuous? How about AOC's obvious narcissism?

What virtuous has to do with governance is beyond me. There are very few people in congress that can claim to be “virtuous”. And yet the group you are fixated on because rightwing media tells you to give a shit about them are still not nihilists sabotaging their own party and government.

Am I fixated, or are you fixated? You injected the nonsense. Check post number 17. I was perfectly content to post about mud wrestling.

I guess you're choosing to retreat from your position about craziness? You started it.

Can I dislike both parties, their leaders and their fringe elements equally?
Let’s all recall it is the left that has moved further left per an extensive study by Pew Research a few years ago. They’ve gone extreme on politics. Conservatives, as few as they’re are, haven’t moved on their position. I posted the study awhile back as reference.

As someone who's been a registered Republican for 35 years, I can assure you that conservatives have moved their goal posts. Now, you might be saying that the far right nutjobs of the GOP that are crazy have always been crazy....and you aren't wrong, but the party itself is completely different than it was 30 years ago.

The fact that Republican Senators are speaking out against Ukraine funding and being even remotely supportive of making a deal with Putin is a 180 degree swing from GOP foreign politics of the 1980's and 90's. Republicans used to understand that controlled immigration was a good thing for our country. Conservative republicans have always hated abortion, but GOP leadership knew that winning the Roe vs Wade fight wasn't something that they really wanted and they used to be satisfied with limiting abortion. Now, the GOP has fallen prey to allowing policies that used to be considered anathema as policies that they are willing to promote.

The main reason that the "Value them both" abortion vote failed in Kansas last year was that nutjob conservatives insisted on leaving in the provision that a woman couldn't have an abortion even if it meant that she would die or she would have to bear a child from incest or rape. The older GOP would have never even put the vote out there and they would absolutely never had been caught dead thinking, "I'm ok with some mothers dying if it gets me the conservative vote".

There's no doubt that the left has moved left and there is some stupid ideas from that contingent, but the GOP has been sliding to the right for at least 10 years now. I was at a local Chamber meeting yesterday and the speaker was a Republican State Senator who's been doing that job for 20 years. She talked about a sex change bill that's been discussed in the past year and it was obvious that she was disgusted with the notion that her fellow Republicans that talk about government staying out of people's lives, now feeling the need to interject government into private decisions. She's not a supporter of kids being "transitioned" but she found it appalling that the legislature was painting broad strokes on the topic and potentially making criminals out of doctors providing hormone treatments to kids with acne and other issues because they wanted to score points with the extreme parts of their base. She talked about the problem with school vouchers and how, contrary to Republican talking points, vouchers were really geared towards making private school more affordable for the wealthy rather than improving access for the underprivileged. To be fair, the GOP has never pretended that they don't value the wealthy over everyone else.

She sounded like a Republican from 20 years ago....not the blowhards who think that gun control, queers, whores, and dirty immigrants from Mexico are destroying our country in some culture war with the far left. And again, I'm not a fan of some of the liberal and woke BS that's going on, but let's not pretend that the GOP hasn't changed.

I thought narcissism was the defining trait of most congress members. Pretty sure its a checkmark on the application.

“The Squad” are a tiny irrelevant group of congresspeople that has absolutely zero impact on my life. They have zero impact on yours as well other than as a tool used by propagandists to elevate your blood pressure.
The rightwing lunatics on the other hand do have an impact on all of our lives as they are a major reason why our government doesn’t work. Otherwise I wouldn’t give one shit about them either.

Every representative has one vote. 208 Democrats voted in favor of the resolution, including the Squad.

Wean yourself off MSNBC.

Yea they did. And do you know why they voted to oust them?

I'm thinking about what topic I can start a new thread on that will keep this tit fight going. Biden's dog maybe? Who's hotter, Boebert or AOC? The possibilities are endless. I'll think it over while I'm at the park playing with my dog.

The 4 SQUAD has a lot bigger effect for evil then you realize.

1. They are EXTREME RADICAL LIBERAL SOCIALIST MARXIST COMMUNISTIC DEMOCRATS.

2. THEY WIELD A HELL OF A LOT OF POWER.

3. THEY TAX AND SPEND LIKE CRAZY.

4. THEY WANT TO AND ARE TRYING TO GENOCIDE THRU ABORTION.

5. Omar and 1 of the others are ANTI ISRAEL, PRO PALISTINIAN, are RACIST, HATE ISRAELI'S, ALL WHITE PEOPLE except their fellow WHITE GUILTER, COMMY'S, ETC. HATE ALL MIDDLE CLASS, AND ANY LEGIT RICH PEOPLE THAT HAVE EARNED WHAT THEY GOT.

6. Omar and 1 other are Hezbollah, Hamas sympathizers, and have links to Hezbollah, Hamas, CAIR, and other groups that are indirectly linked to either TERRORISM, or PAST TERRORIST ACTS.

7. Omar and 1 other have links to Bill Aires, Acorn, Black Panthers, Malcom X, Black Lives Matter, ANTIFA, and other EXTREMIST, and Extremist Groups, etc.

8. Omar is a semi radical, semi extreme MUSLIM(NOT ALL MUSLIMS, BLACK LIVES MATTER, etc, are bad, in fact many are good, but OMAR is a BAD APPLE)

9. Omar is well connected to Semi Extreme Muslim(Bio reads like Omar's), Keith Ellison, former DNC Chairperson, Congressman, etc.

10. The 4, Squad are the WORST on foreign policy, homeland security, crime, illegal alien immigration, border security, etc.

11. To show how extreme they are, they shot down Nancy Pelosi's policy's, and replaced them with way the hell worse policies, and had, won many direct confrontations with Nancy Pelosi, and ALMOST replaced Nancy Pelosi with 1 of the 4 squad

12. The 4 Squad is a TRILLION TIMES WORSE THEN BIDEN, TRUMP

The speaker is not a "them." And because they could, by voting with the caucus you referred to as crazy. So, denying having watched MSNBC, what is the source of your indoctrination?

Hard to distinguish typos from ignorance, such as not knowing the Squad includes men. You're obviously over your skis.

Pew Research, a highly respected polling firm, is much more credible than your anecdotal observations. You sound like Mr. Anecdotal, CougEddie. You are just plain wrong on this.
