It's comical. You guys throw around the most non-creative insults ever.
Fellow Cougs, I am making a decision to stop engaging with the uw fan. I hope everyone follow my lead for now, as he is annoying and responding to him just feeds him and gives him what he wants.
I think there are some Knee Jerk reactions, and misunderstanding some things.
1. WSU scored 24 points in half.
2. OL, Gordon, Borghi, look good(About 17 of 23 for about 200+ yards 2 TD's, 1 Rushing TD by Borghi(Int looked like it was directly thrown to LB, safety, in middle of field, looking like either a miscommunication, or a WR falling down, or a WR running wrong route, not being where was supposed to be, on a quick hitting slant)
3. The DL not getting push.
4. LB's out of position, bad angles, bad tackling.
5. Points 3, 4 MITIGATED BY:
A. NCU QB is a 6th year QB starter.
B. REALLY GOOD RB
C. GOOD RECEIVER.
D. While not as good as EWU, the Big Sky has 5 ranked teams.
E. Other teams, both ranked amd not ranked has struggled with Big Sky, FCS teams.
F. NCU either will be, is a LOT better then people think(Including me, I didnt know they are, would bevthis good)
G. Altho NCU is better then people think, and Defense having some problems, its really not 1 or the other, but a combination of BOTH.
6. Its the Beginning of Season. Most of the Defense problems are a combination of beginning of season, how good NCU is, mistakes like being out of position, bad tackling, etc.
7. Claey will make adjustments.
8. Final score will be about WSU: 50+, NCU: 16 to 23
9. Which means WSU still wins by a blow out, rout.
10. So no reason to Knee Jerk
