Washington State was busy sending out offer to JUCO prospects yesterday as Brenham (TX) Blinn C.C. receiver Treshon Broughton both grabbed Wazzu offers.

Ratley, a 6-foot-2, 190-pound receiver, is rated three-stars by Rivals and also holds offers from Kentucky, Texas Tech and UTSA. He's teammates with recent Washington State offeree Dede Westbrook, a four-star receiver that noted he was thinking about taking an official visit to Washington State, though West Virginia, Oklahoma and Texas Tech are also in the picture there.
Ratley has two official visits currently set up to Texas Tech (Nov. 15) and Kentucky (Dec. 13).

Broughton is an Oregon State commit and is a bigger cornerback at 6-foot-0, 190-pounds. He's rated three-stars by Rivals and also holds offers from California, Fresno State and UAB. Broughton has been committed to Oregon State since March and appears to be solid in his commitment.

The Cougars have had success at Riverside in recent years and currently have five offers out within the JUCO program including receiver Jeremiah Mitchell. Four-star Washington State quarterback commit Tyler Hilinski's brother, Kelly, is the quarterback for Riverside and Washington State linebacker Greg Hoyd's father is a coach for the California JUCO program.
