Love your optimism....Our first RB season in 17 years, a first year starter guiding us through the season, Leach's first outright title, Tenn will be wondering why they didn't cough up the six per year, and maybe Chun gets traction to build the indoor facility. That would be a great great season. It may even surpass even last year (not just talking wins and losses)
Yeah, at 8-4(9-4)(going 8-4, then winning the conference championship), 9-3(10-3), 10-2(11-2), WSU could easily go to a Rosebowl.
But if WSU has to go 10-2(11-2), 11-1(12-1), to go to Rosebowl, then WSU probably wouldnt make it to Rosebowl.
WSU's best, realistic chance at a Rosebowl is to go 9-3(10-3), with either WSU beating out Oregon, any 8-4 team, or tieing, having the tiebreakers against the other 9-3 teams.
Is that realistic? Yes.
Would, will that be done? Probable, Likely possibility.
Maybe?
Dr. Schultz has already given us a new hard target date for a state of the art IPF.
With yet another Top 25 (and possibly Top 15) season on the horizon, why the hedging on whether or not the funding goals will be met?
