The baseball team is achingly close to being very good. Three losses by the swing of a bat and another three games that were a few plays away.
We are probably a year away. I have seen posts saying we would struggle early and hopefully come on later in the season. Maybe a little bit like the women's volleyball team over the last 2 or 3 years?
Agree with you both. We are very close. Lees coaches in a very different way. He is very fundamental. He has an urgency to his practices. All the coaches do that, though. He just connects with the players. Haven't put my finger on it, yet. But something is different. I'm actually surprised at how much a difference I'm seeing between 2 years ago and now. There is a visible difference in how they play. And they are VERY young.
