I absolutely agree that neither party is blameless. In so many ways, it's the greatest time to be alive but for whatever reason, people have to ruin it. There is a huge contingent that believes part of the problem going in in America is that stuff is too good, so we are finding shit to be pissed about. Interestingly, the social unrest of the 60s followed the idyllic boon of post-war 50s America. (Yes, i realize race was still broken in the 50s)

You are aware of his vitriol towards Mexican immigrants being rapists and drug smugglers. Telling 4 women or color...and only women of color to go back to the countries they came from, his attacksmon Elijah Cummings and baltimore, his good people on both side's statement his cases of discriminatory housing practices in NY and his birtherism narrative to name a few.
