No F-ing shit. Burn 2 TO's because we can't get the play called? That's on the coaches IMHO. Call the f-ing play and run it. And with no TO's we let the clock run down to 2 minutes? WTF again?
I swear. Our mistakes are like 10,000 times worse than what other teams do
We also have no offense, and terrible coaching decisions.
Like it or not, JM is this offenses biggest issue. OL is a close second.
Mateer is a highlight waiting to happen (good and not so good). If he could consistently make the "ordinary" throws and decisions we probably are undefeated.
Until it improves, I will continue to say that this tackling is CPW era bad. Offense is making a case to join the conversation.
He can't make reads and short arms even the most routine throws.
Our play calls are starting to suck ass. Are we just terrified to hand the ball off?
What is the scheme? Air raid? Not with a 50% passer. Spread? Maybe?
It is a collection of plays. It isn’t a scheme. When your entire offense moves thru 1 player to both run and pass, he’d better have a good night. Who picks up the slack if he isn’t?
The talent is somewhere between Wulff and Doba. No one has been developed. Is anyone destined for a NFL training camp? The kids are being shoved around.
I suspect it will be an up and down year. At times they’ll look great. At times they’ll look awful. It’s on the coaches to stop the rollercoaster.
