I’m thinking Malik Roberson or Jody Sears would be a good fit. Throw 300 k at either of them and I think we’d stay a top 15 D. I’ve seen enough of them in the past to know they have the Xs and Os down and can recruit the lights out. Everywhere they’ve been they’ve been successful. If not them then maybe Jason Gesser as he knows the team.

Your ideas about your alum coaches is what is wrong with college football. The best available needs to be hired. If they are alum, so be it. Not hire because they are alum.

You’ve got to be joking Gesser is a great coug and ambassador for the program and MAYBE a QB coach to future OC. But a DC? CMon Man!!!
