WSU (including JG) will need to run more, and we'll have to be smarter about these screens and passes in the flat, to win this game.
We’re using them too much for too little gain. We should be looking over the middle more, the 7-yard in routes are frequently there.
Can't agree with that play call.
If you want to throw and there is double coverage on the receiver then fake the throw and tuck it and run. Even if you don't make it then you keep the clock going and shorten the game.
Why not bring in the 220 lb Nakia Watson for a handoff.?

Mediocre analysis, terrible delivery. Prefer him to Beth Mowens screeching all game and he isn't much worse than the Pac-12 Network C-team we usually get, but that's the best I can say about him.
Covey almost did the work but we need another gift turnover on the Ute's end to have a shot to get up 2 scores. Still wouldn't feel safe at all.

At the start of this game most would take this scenario with a chance to win the game.
No matter what happens the Cougs have made it interesting and that's without Max for most of the game.

I see what the Vols fans were saying. Top-flight recruit, all the experience in the world, but just doesn't get it done.
