Here's a good one - this guy (link below) faces less jail time or fines than Hunter Biden....
This isn't True. If either of Joe Manchin, an or Zen Miller, Joe Lieberman TYPES, Tulsi Gabbard, were to run on the Democrat party ticket, instead of independent, etc, against Trump, they would win, as the independents, never trumpets, the Republicans like Paul Ryan Republican never trumpets, democrats, would vote for them against Trump.
Trumps only chance of winning is against Biden, and before the trial, conviction, etc, of Trump, Biden's only chance of winning was hoping, praying, getting Republicans to have Trump run against him.
BOTH Biden, Trump BOTH are the ABSOLUTE ULTIMATELY TERRIBLY HORRIBLY BAD CANDIDATES, so easy to find better in both parties.
Joe Manchin especially because of him almost single handedly stopping the democrats from doing the 1 to 10 to 100 trillion, GREEN NEW DEAL, free college for everyone, etc, deal, that was 1 vote(Manchin's swing vote) away from passing, would, should get Manchin Republican, independent, votes, in addition to the Democrat vote, for the Democrat Joe Manchin, if the democrats had, were to rightfully choose Democrat Joe Manchin.
Joe Manchin, is a throwback to Democrat John F Kennedy, and like Zen Miller, Joe Lieberman was, were, a more rational, reasonable, logical semi conservative, semi constitutionally, do the right thing, people's, working man rep, etc, Democrat.
Joe Manchin would be a awesome replacement for Biden. Not awesome to either the extreme leftist socialists, communistic libtard liberals, and not awesome to ultimate extreme far right ultra conservative Republicans, but to everyone else in between, including me, he Manchin, would, should be awesome.
For me, as I was thinking about this whole charade....I find it most laughable that MAGA supporters are celebrating Hunter's indictment, trial and conviction on this firearm charge.....but if these charges were being filed against a Republican senator in a red state, they'd be screaming about the second amendment and how unlawful it was for someone to get charged for something where no crime occurred.
Donald Trump has admitted that he has not got rid of his firearms after his felony conviction and he may get in trouble for that. The same a$$holes that are happy to see Hunter Biden in trouble will flip the fuggin' script and pretend that it never happened as they rally to support their dear leader.
FWIW, I'm fine with Hunter Biden going to jail. He is an entitled little prick with drug problems who has skated through life because of his dad. F#ck him. That said, Jared Kushner is a dirty, unethical, entitled little prick who is involved in an obviously corrupt scheme with the Saudis and his ass should be on trial and he should be going to jail too. But, all the fuggin' Trump supporting asshats are willing to debase themselves and ignore the truth because it's all about "trigger the libtards!" and #winning so they no longer care about actual laws unless they are being used to further their own agenda.

I think Manchin would have been a good candidate. Yeah, the left doesn't like him, but what are they going to do - vote for Trump? No. I think if he had run and trumpeted his moderate approach to the voters, he would be likely to swing a lot of the somewhat neutral voters. The stupid lefties are idiots for not standing behind Biden 110%. Crow about his recent border actions. Attack the shit out of Trump. Shut their mouths otherwise.
A Tester/Manchin or Manchin/Tester ticket would have had some wide appeal to those with any sense at all. Two moderate Democrats from otherwise firmly red states.
Joe Manchin is up his own ass more than most Senators, and that's saying something. The only one worse in that respect might be Sinema. Hawley and Cruz and Rand Paul are insufferable too, but for slightly different reasons.
And Republicans like Paul Ryan, Never Trumper Republicans would vote for them too.
People don't realize that the Trump faction, and the ultimate extreme radical ultra alt right crazies in the Republican party was, are the MINORITY.
They united behind Trump, and Trump somehow won the Majority. By the time the Majority found out what was really going on, Trump and the crazies were in charge, controlled everything, and the more moderate middle majority of the Republican party either couldn't, wouldn't do anything about it, other then walk away, or still were deceived, thought Trump was great, oblivious, or not care about the crazies backing Trump, etc.
I think about, around about 1/3, 2/5, 1/2 the Republican party either pay lip service to Trump and the crazies backing him, or secretly want to do something, or unable, can't, feel trapped, feel like that's just the way it is, stuck, etc, because while they range from hate to don't like Trump, they hate Biden almost as much, and won't vote for Biden either.
To that portion of the Republican Party, IF Manchin won the Democrat Nomination, the Republican Party would Fracture, Split, and those I mentioned would HAPPILY vote for Manchin, as they love Manchin for STOPPING Biden, and extremist Democrats from passing the 1 to 5 to 10 to 100 trillion GREEN NEW DEAL AND FREE COLLEGE FOR EVERYONE
The crazies have HIJACKED the Republican Party, just like the CRAZIES like AOC, the SQUAD, etc, have HIJACKED the Democrat Party.
And that's probably the only reason Manchin wouldn't win the Democrat nomination, is that while the Democrat Party majority would support Manchin, the AOC, SQUAD, ETC, DEMOCRAT PARTY HIJACKERS would make sure Manchin didn't win the Democrat Party nomination.

Any moderate candidate is immediately handicapped by being a moderate. If you aren’t at the extremes and saying outrageous things, the media won’t cover you and you can’t get your name out there.
