Cristobal is only in the bottom half because Oregon “gave him a shot” after Willie left. The players fought for him. He made the right Assistant choices and recruited well. He’ll get his.

I don't mind this, actually. What I want to know is the buyouts, from both sides. I'll take a risk and pay money coming in, for the upside. But if he splats a goose egg, I want the freedom to nix him, too.

I like this message. We'll pay for quality coaches! Not only does it put the pressure on Rolo but it lets everyone else out there, we'll pay you well.

And to the point of knowing the add-ons to the contract, it will be interesting to read the incentives. Much like UO, I'm certain his incentives are through the roof. I'm OK if Rolo has steep incentives.
