Seattle, San Fran have issues with housing in part because of limited space to build. They cant just connect another pipe and build another development . They are land locked by water. So lower supply and higher demand . No one coming across the border is working at Google, Starbucks, Nintendo, Boeing.
Then there a number of Seattleites moving east of the mountains or to Auburn or Skagit.
Wenatchee, Tri Cities, Skagit etc can create more supply very easily .
But i will pretend this is the problem . How are these illegals getting housing without a w2. paystubs, credit check. Why are the apple growers allowing illegals who are creating the supply issue for six months to work for them ?

So the fact remains that the flood of immigrants means there are more people in the country, meaning the demand for housing increases.
Now, I will again note your attempt to deflect away from this basic point by asking where the illegals are actually getting the house, throwing W2's into the mix, etc. Who gives a **** about that stuff, entirely different discussion. Whether someone does or does not have a W2 matter, it does not affect the demand for housing. Disregarding those that are intentionally homeless, every person has a need for housing, whether they have a W2, a drivers license, military ID, student ID, a bank account, etc. They need housing, and the more bodies in an area then the more demand for housing there is.

Oh....it's time for a change....but that doesn't mean going back to the horsesh!t that we watched from 2017 to 2020. What's most fuggin' hilarious about anyone who supports Trump is that he failed to "Make America Great Again" in his first four years and yet you f#ckers think he's somehow going to do it in Round 2. He had a Republican majority in both the House and the Senate in his first two years and didn't get sh!t done other than post a lot of negative messages and charge American citizens for him to live in his own f#cking house and hotels with lots of taxpayer paid golf in between. He lied about who was going to pay for the wall and he lied on a daily basis the whole time he was in there. He said that he was going to drain the swamp and instead, he just dumped his own version of swampass on all of us. The vast majority of people that worked for him hated his guts and spoke out against him after leaving.
